Please note that we do authorize your credit card for the full amount of your order upon checkout. Once your order is successfully authorized, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. What does authorization on a credit card mean? Credit card authorization is an approval from a card issuer or processor verifying that the customer has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction.
We collect sales tax in accordance with state laws. This will be calculated automatically at checkout. Sales tax will be added to all states within the United States that have statewide sales tax.

Once you have obtained a return authorization from Customer Service, transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 14 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.
Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank account (depending on your financial institution).
