Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super sonic Great sound and low frequency response. This speaker can get loud! May consider another speaker to pair with for true surround or multi-room but very satisfied right now with just one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Denon Home 250 - Satisfied Excellent spatial sound. Decent bass response. Does what I intended it to do. HEOS app still leaves something to be desired, but it's better than it was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Home 250 speaker set Easy set up and convenient music play through Apple AirPlay. The sound quality is excellent! Only issue so far is a slight lag when streaming sound from TV over Bluetooth.

Questions

Let me make sure I understand (newbie) I can place this in my living room and connect my laptop or phone to it and then connect wireless speakers to it in different rooms and play music in every room? Without wires to connect the speakers?

Asked by: Newtothis
Hello, Yes. For a newbie you already have a good understanding of our wireless Home speakers. Any of our Home speakers can be paired wirelessly with other Home speakers - in up to 32 locations in your home for playing audio. It just needs to be from a stereo source, such as your laptop, phone, or any other component with a HEOS engine or anything which can work with, Bluetooth, NAS or even hard-wiring. When you download the free HEOS app, you also have access to many popular streaming services such as Spotify, Pandora, Tidal Hi-Fi, Amazon HD, TuneIn Radio and SiriusXM.

I have 2 Home 150 speakers now. They are stereo paired and I love them. I want to get the 250 and pair them all together with the 250 in the center of the 150 speakers. Will I be able to get true stereo from the 250 as well as the 150 speakers? Thanks

Asked by: Estaban
Hello, Yes - the Home 250 operates in the same way as the Home 150, it's a larger version of the Home 250, offering a bigger overall sound.

Since the Denon Home 250 came out in 2020, are there plans to release a new Wi-Fi speaker in 2024?

Asked by: Mike B
Hello, I have no listing for a Home 250 replacement on the horizon. I tend to find out about any new models about 5 minutes prior to the rest of the world hearing about them. The best thing to do is keep checking back with our website for information on new models, as that is where the details are first made public through us.

Hello, Has the Denon Home 150 250 350 had hardware updates. I noticed that the 250 says 2020 model some sites. What is this the latest hw version or update for these units. Have they been updated after 2020.

Asked by: rjjc
Hello, The Home 150, 250 and 350 speakers are all able to receiver firmware updates when they occur. If in doubt, opening the app while your connected Home Speakers are powered-up will verify if there is an update available for any of your Home Speakers. Simply follow the intructions and the firmware updates will occur. A major update to the HEOS user interface was sent out two weeks ago.

Hi, What version of Bluetooth does the Home speaker range support? As I understand it some versions deliver higher fidelity sound over the basic Bluetooth standard.

Hello, Our wireless Home speakers (including the Home 250) utilizes Bluetooth version 5.0. Audio quality with Bluetooth 5.0 is very impressive to our ears.
