A couple weeks ago, a review from Audio Science Review (ASR) was brought to the attention of Denon personnel. ASR completed various measurements of the newly announced Denon AVR-X4700H AV receiver, benchmarking it against the Denon AVR-X3600H released last year. In ASR‘s findings, the Denon AVR-X4700H performed worse than the preceding model in various tests.
To ensure accuracy, Denon worked closely with Audio Science Review to understand the root cause of these differences. As a result of this team effort, ASR amended its post to include the new, more positive measurements.
