Questions

I would love to buy some of these units for my Whole Home Audio setup. I have invested extensively in Denon HEOS gear (X4400, X1400, 800NE, 150 Speakers, etc.. These look to be discontinued. Is there a way I can still buy them? I'm open to Refurbished

Asked by: fambak
Hello, You may still find the HEOS Superlink at any of our dealers, but it is unlikely we will have more to offer from here on. Unfortunately, we do not have a means to tracking what any of our dealers have in their inventory from our end without calling them first. Here is a link with how to contact a dealer near you: https://www.denon.com/en-us/findaretailer.html

Can we connect via Bluetooth to Heos Superlink? Does it connect wirelessly to the internet or can connect via eathernet connection only?

Asked by: Lalit
Hi Lalit, The Home Superlink can connect to the internet with either wi-fi or with an ethernet cable to your router. A bluetooth receiver can be connected to any of the ports on the Superlink's back panel with coaxial, optical, USB or analog RCA. A bluetooth receiver is not built into the Superlink because the Superlink is typically used in a rack, and often out of Bluetooth range. Bluetooth feeds can still be sent to HEOS devices such as the Home Speakers or HEOS-enabled receivers in our line-up.
