Rated 4 out of 5 by tguillea from Great Hardware, Software Needs Work Great sound. Connected with HDMI arc, sounds fantastic and goes very well with the recommended dsw-1h. Lost a star because the HEOS app (which is the only way to alter the settings of the speakers as well) is SO annoying to use and buggy/glitchy. Altering settings is extremely user unfriendly and just cumbersome to deal with... If a song comes on that makes me want to alter the EQ, it can easily be literally 10 button clicks away. And no YouTube Music support?? C'mon guys, it's easily a top 3 music service.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Clyde Gies from Defective sound bar I received my 716 sound bar approx. 3 weeks ago. I connected the sound bar per their instructions and it worked fine for about two weeks. Then one morning after turning it on it just up and quit. I tried the process of unplugging the power and the HDMI cable. I then erased my heos app and then reloaded it. Still would not work. No sound at all from the sound bar. Two days later while watch tv news, it came back on. No idea why or how long it will continue to work. Probably should send it back. Please advise.
