Shipping Policy
All purchases from denon.com require a signature for delivery. All products sold through denon.com receive free ground shipping. Expedited shipping and overnight shipping is available at additional costs. Orders over 150lbs are not eligible for expedited shipping or overnight shipping.
All purchases are subject to 2-3 day processing before the order is shipped.
Shipping Timeline
Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
**Cut-off for next day shipping ends at 1pm ET Monday-Friday. Denon is not responsible for any last-minute changes made by the carrier.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
We would like to have your Denon product to you by December 24. Therefore, in following shipping guidelines, orders need to be submitted no later than the following dates:
Last day for free shipping (Ground) - order must be submitted by December 14
Last day for 3-day shipping – order must be submitted by December 18
Last day for overnight shipping – order must be submitted by December 20
This offer is valid only to U.S. customers within 50 states (not including Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories) and applies to Denon products purchased from the U.S. Denon website. We cannot ship to addresses outside the U.S, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Denon reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. Any charges paid by the customer for shipping are non-refundable.
