S-302/S-102 consists simply of the main unit, two speakers and a slim subwoofer. Hook up S-302/S-102 to your TV. Simply follow the Quick Setup Sheet found in the box for easy connection. All you need are three speakers to capture the full-scale dynamic sounds of movies and concerts. In general, surround sound reproduction at movie theatre is done through multiple speakers, and in the home though 5.1 channel speaker system. With S-302/S-102 all that is needed are two speakers and the slim subwoofer to enjoy the surround sounds of movie theatres easily. Even when you use your headphones the S-102/302 will create an intimate surround sound experience, without disturbing others.

Both S-302 and S-102 will perform I/P conversion from interlaced to progressive scan. The images obtained after conversion are extremely faithful and so that they appear quite sharp even when they are displayed on large screens for different kinds of image sources.
